Each Sunday morning we gather to experience meditation, peace, wisdom and heart.

The key word is experience.
This group practice generates a nourishing and inspiring atmosphere that makes it easy to experience the peace of meditation. It’s not a class. And it’s not a church – where you’re told what to think and believe. It’s a practice – that allows you to make contact with the Spirit within.

Really, it’s an event.
A transformational event – that will infuse the rest of your week with energy and awareness. The Sunday Morning program takes you deeply into a place of stillness, presence, and healing.

It’s for everybody.
You don’t have to know anything about meditation to feel comfortable. Because we make it easy. The Sunday program includes readings from the world’s mystical traditions, beautiful music and chanting, guided and silent meditation, and an inspiring message.

I’ve known Eric and Devi for 20 years. On Sunday morning, rather than going to a large church that is more social, more rah-rah, I come here for the actual experience of meditation. You peel off a layer or two or three – guided  by two knowledgeable, wise people.  It makes for a deep, deep experience. It’s  a gift to have this available in the community.

It is a really sweet time of the weekend. When I  come to be deeply inside and at the same time be with loving people. The chanting is so nourishing.

This place  is very safe, very fun, and peaceful. You don’t really understand what that means until you experience it.

I found the Sunday Meditation to be a wonderful alternative to attending church. It was not only uplifting, but truly transformational.

I’ve attended mainstream churches and those more on the fringes – in my quest to lead a more meaningful and compassionate life. I found Eric and Devi’s Sunday Meditation a more ‘alive’ and ‘authentic’ way of doing church.

The music – chanting with guitar accompaniment – was beautiful and meaningful. And, during the guided meditation, I couldn’t help but meditate deeply, as the setting is peaceful and serene.

Can the Sunday morning meditation be streamed or Skyped or something for those of us that can’t be there?
For me, if it could be available for viewing at another time that would be best, as I attend Unity on sunday mornings.

Hi Craig I was thinking the same than Eric, it will make dull Sundays morning in Ireland look more shiny

Yes, please. Please let all of us experience Sunday Morning Meditation with you.

Your wisdom (and heart!) have transformed me!

We are working on a good way to record (audio? video?) Sunday Meditations. Thank you for the support.
