The energy of growth and renewal is pulsing in all living bodies. Yogis have always honored this time as an opportunity to tap into and focus the powerful creative energies that are arising.

These Sunday Meditations will be focused on tapping the power of spiritual renewal:

  • April 11: The Power of Focus
  • April 18: The Power of Purpose

Each Sunday will focus on renewing one key area of your life and will include:

  • Teachings on the theme
  • Renewal meditations
