I’ve been practicing this method for 40 years.
I was first introduced to mantra practice in 1971 at the Integral Yoga Institute in New York City. Its been part of my daily practice ever since. I recorded my first chanting album in 1977 – Sounds of Transformation. It’s still available all these decades later: here.
