As I mention in video #1 – his book Be Here Now was one of the matches that re-ignited the spiritual flame within me. I was seventeen when I attended my first yoga class in New York City. There was a well-thumbed copy of Be Here Now on the bookshelf outside the yoga room.
I’d sit on the couch before (and often long after) class – reading and re-reading the text. The images and stories called to my soul. And of course, the experience of practice confirmed that these weren’t just tall tales. (P.S. Don’t miss video #6 – music, mantra . . . bliss.)
