Wisdom-Heart is an approach to spiritual practice
that is rooted in the mystic, non-dual, earth-based traditions of
Jewish Kabbalism. Wisdom-Heart philosophy rests on the Two Royal
Principles, Ten Spiritual Practices and Ten Physical Practices that are
the basis for spiritual Judaism.
The Wisdom-Heart Community seeks to provide an
environment in which each individual can pursue his or her own unique
holy purpose and grow in commitment to Divine. Through personal and
communal spiritual practice, individuals become part of a diverse holy
tribe that is committed to transformation and tikkun (healing, repairing).
טַעֲמוּ וּרְאוּ כִּי־טֹוב יְהוָה אַשְׁרֵי הַגֶּבֶר יֶחֱסֶה־בֹּו׃
Taste and see that Gd is good; happy are those who take refuge in the Divine.

Ten Spiritual Foundations
- Everything is God. The Inifinite Spirit (Ayn Sof), manifested throughout all the universes and in all of creation, is One.
- Chessed infuses all reality.
- Everyone can know Ayn Sof (the Infinite). Each and every person is capable of receiving Torah and Gd directly. The universe is personal.
-
All the processes of the universe reflect Ayn Sof. These processes are both personal and intimate.
- The soul is eternal. The soul is eternal, immortal and integral with the Infinite One.
- Soul seeks to know itself. All beings will attain perfect self-awareness in the fullness of time.
- We are co-creators of reality. Human beings are part of and partners in the ongoing creation of the universe.
- Holy Community/Holy Tribe. Each person is created in the Divine Image. Together, through service, we form a holy community.
- Tikkun. As individuals and community we have the responsibility to work together to steward the world. This implies a relationship with land and natural processes. As we participate in Tikkun we manifest the presence of Ayn Sof.
- These teachings are attained through the lineage of Torah. These insights are the foundation of Torah, the mitzvahs and a covenanted community.
