How can you have peace of mind now?

(Even when life gets crazy).

What makes peace of mind so slippery and hard to hold onto? It’s one thing to have peace of mind when you’re walking quietly down a s beach. Or at the end of a particularly relaxing yoga class. It’s another to have that sense of peace and presence when life gets . . . um . . . a bit crazy.

And even though, you need that inner peace more than ever – when the pressures, the projects, the people start closing in – peace of mind slips away.

Then almost anything can trigger you.

The wrong look. The wrong tone of voice. Someone spilling a cup of tea or leaving a door open. When you’ve lost your peace of mind, it’s so easy to get reactive.

Then, you’re off and running down the well-grooved path that you’ve been down so many times before. Paved with the same reactive patterns; the same unstable emotions; the same unskillful behaviors; and the same unhappy results.

It’s not that you don’t understand yourself.

You have more than your fair share of self-knowledge. You’re spiritually informed enough to know that following the path of your reactive patterns won’t get you where you want to go in your life.

You may even know how to meditate.

Yet, the pattern persists. Why?

The patterns that throw you out-of-balance operate at a level of mind that knowledge can’t touch.

Even spiritual knowledge achieved through books, programs, workshops, can’t reach those deeper levels of mind.

Modern neurological science calls these deeper levels your reptilian brain. Ancient yogis called them your lower chakras.

By whatever name they’re known, these deeper levels of mind are powerful.

When triggered, they release a torrent of body/mind events that immerse you in waves of powerful emotions:

  • Anxiety
  • Confusion
  • Overwhelm
  • Fear
  • Anger

As your body/mind is flooded with chemicals, thoughts, and emotions – reactive patterns override the wisdom that comes from inner peace.

It’s at these deeper levels that the connection to inner peace is made or broken.

So, what’s needed is a way of working directly with the deeper levels of your mind that:

  • Brings peace of mind to your reptilian brain
  • Converts reactive energy into fuel for growth and creativity

Introducing: The Wisdom Heart Way:

Here’s your opportunity go beyond knowledge and live in the wisdom of inner peace. The Wisdom Heart Way (WHW) is based on a 5,000 year old meditation system.

We’ve been practicing and teaching this method for 35 years and have distilled and updated the ancient methods so they work for 21st century people.

The WHW brings meditation to life (your life). Through this practice you’ll infuse your moment-to-moment experience with wisdom and heart. It’s deceptively simple. And powerful.

The WHW is as spiritual as it is down-to-earth (because you do live in the world, not in a cave, right?)

That’s why we’ve adapted the ancient teachings to 21st century needs. You can use the WHW practices and principles to transform your self, your relationships, your work . . . your life. (So you can have more joy, more focus, and much less stress).

Seven Reasons Meditation Doesn’t Work (And how to fix them) e-book will show you why so many people struggle with meditation and how you can avoid that all-to-common fate.

You’ll find the information to be enlightening – and very useful.

The newsletter is FREE, but it’s not fluff. Each issue focuses on a specific principle that you can use to live from inner peace, transform reactive patterns, and bring meditation to life.

You’ll find the information fun to read, simple to implement, and energizing.

I can start in with a body full of tension – but once the meditation is on all the tension dissolves. I’m eighty-three years old. I’ve studied with many teachers and traditions. Your meditations take me very deep.

Both of you are masters at what you do. You blend perfectly. It’s a marvel to behold.

Three reasons why you should subscribe:

Reason 1: There is so much information available on meditation and spirituality. Sifting through it can actually be more stressful than useful. Just spend 15 minutes with the Seven Reasons Meditation Doesn’t Work (And how to fix them) e-book. You’ll immediately find new ways to make meditation work for you.

Reason 2: Only a few articles and video clips are open for everyone – on this site. The rest are hidden. You get the direct links in the newsletter. So, without the newsletter, you miss out on some very valuable information.

Reason 3: On-going support is the key to practice. The newsletter provides a regular infusion of inspiration to bring meditation to life . . . your life.

I’ve been studying with you since 1991. Every session makes me feel really good. It always reminds me to be the best person I can be. I tend to forget. And slip into ingratitude.

There is always a common thread here. It’s always uplifting. And I like you guys. I like your dog.

Coming to meditation is very supportive. If my legs didn’t fall asleep it would be perfect!
